Life can be challenging, and sometimes it feels like no matter how hard we try, we can’t quite find the balance or peace we’re searching for. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, weighed down by depression, navigating major life transitions, or striving to build healthier relationships, I’m here to help.
I’m Brittney Foster, a compassionate therapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska Omaha. I work alongside with children, preteens, teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, process your experiences, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
Using a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I focus on helping clients develop practical skills to regulate emotions, manage stress, and build self-confidence. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, tailored to meet your unique needs and experiences.
Whether you're looking to strengthen your confidence, set healthier boundaries, or finding new ways to cope with life’s demands, my goal is to help you discover the tools and strategies that empower you to live authentically and confidently.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we can uncover your strengths, explore new possibilities, and help you move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. When you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Mental health has always carried stigma; most commonly people learn at an early age, "we don't talk about it." Differing events in life can cause symptoms of depression, anxiety, and many other mental health conditions. Whether you are struggling with an adjustment period or need help processing years of trauma, the skills you will learn will help you through these moments now and in the future. My passion is with helping individuals and families reach their full potential and goals.
I use a variety of therapy modalities that include ACT, CBT, play therapy and Theraplay techniques. EMDR, Strengths-based, and solution focused are also some modalities you will be introduced to throughout session, focused primarily on identifying external and internal factors to behaviors, emotions, conflict, and symptoms of mental health conditions. Holding a safe and accepting environment is key and priority to create a healthy relationship with each individual.
You owe it to yourself to feel at ease and work through hard emotions you may be experiencing. My job is to provide you with healthy tools, support, and help guide you through hard times. Please reach out to me when you are ready to begin this journey.
